We guarantee that we ship your order only when the quality of the personalized product is perfect. We inspect every item for accuracy and quality before it is shipped to you.

If you feel that there is a dispute (damage or broken product delivered) with your order, you may request for a prompt exchange for the same item, All requests must be made within 2 days of delivery

We request you double check your personalization information for spelling before placing the order, e.g. name, message, dates etc. Just send us an email for a prompt reply at Btnnutritions@gmail.com  for any personalization related query.  Once an order is placed it is immediately sent for production, hence no cancellation request is accepted once the order is placed.

We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect/incomplete address. No refund will be provided for undelivered products due to incorrect/incomplete address.
